How long will it take to receive my order?
It usually takes me about a week to process an order before it is shipped out. Usually no longer than 2 weeks of processing, depending on the amount of orders I have. I always email you personally that I have received your order and will give you a day when I will ship it out to you so you can expect it coming your way. For domestic orders about 5-12 days. For International orders about 2-3 weeks.

Can I insure my items?
All items are automatically insured upon order. I make sure I insure everything up to the full value you paid for with shipping. If any item is lost or damaged, I will be happy to remake your order once I make my insurance claim. Once I receive the insurance check from the USPS, I will notify you and remake your order. The approximate time for the processing of insurance claims with the USPS is 4-6 weeks.
